Authors can create unique user password access direct from within the CaptureCAM™-RELAY publisher, and for ultimate security, CaptureCAM™-PRO files can be encrypted with 256 bit AES US standard military encryption. |

POWERFUL SEARCH |

End users can utilise CaptureCAM™-RELAY's powerful search function to find additional files and / or pages. Search is restricted based on username and password access. Only those pages and documents that a user has rights to access (Set at the time of Publishing) will appear in the search results. CaptureCAM™-RELAY's search algorithms simplify the process of finding the right file. Search results contain page links, highlighted words and individual file links displayed in a familiar search engine style. Putting the power of problem solving into the hands of the end-user, saves time and resources. |

PERSONALISED PAGES |

CaptureCAM™-RELAY allows you to create personalised customer pages. For important customers, Auto-Publish pages based on the caller’s personal or company name. Over time solutions and files can be added to these pages for that customer’s use only. Great customer service and a quality end-user experience is guaranteed. Set an expiry date on these pages and have the system remind you its time to delete or re-activate the pages. |

UNIQUE USERS / USER / GROUPS |

An author can create exclusive Unique Users and Passwords for controlled access to his/her pages. Small training companies can use this feature to sell training and set passwords for those who purchase. All users can be set to time out on a pre determined date, or a date range of accessibility can be specified guaranteeing peace of mind when managing user access. If the Author sets Anonymous as a user, any person can have access and search rights to that page without the need to log in.
CaptureCAM™-RELAY's administration area allows you to create Groups of users and individual users that all authors have access to. Additionally, we can customise CaptureCAM™-RELAY to integrate with your active directory or other user management system. World Wide Web search-ability can be enabled or denied per sub-division. |

GO LIVE AND EXPIRE |
|
All users/groups and unique users have a Go Live date, Expiry date or Unlimited setting. By using the two date options any date range can be set. Go Live means that a user cannot have access until that date arrives. Similarly, the Expiry date will automatically deny that username and password access when that date is reached.
Pages themselves can also have Go Live and Expiry dates set. This allows an author to construct and develop content knowing only he can see that content until the Go Live date arrives. When an Expiry date is entered, CaptureCAM™-RELAY will auto remind you the page has expired and prompt you to reactivate the page or delete the page and files. Automatically managing pages with expiry date reminders reduces server space and the need for administration level clean ups. |
