Before contacting technical support please make sure you have the current version of the CaptureCAM-PRO Player and or Recorder installed and check the
Frequently Asked Questions section.
Update Procedure:
• Go to the Windows "START" button and select "Programs".
• Find the folder named "CaptureCAM-PRO" and inside will be the "Recorder" and or "Player" folders depending on what you have installed.
• Inside each folder will be an "Update.exe"(one for the Player and one for the Recorder). Click the update Icon for either the Player and or Recorder. (NOTE:It is not possible to update the 14 Day Trial version of the Recorder)
