<> Company Refund Policy<>
All software developed and supplied by Cintinel Corporation is available for download and evaluation at no cost. It is therefore the responsibility of the purchaser to evaluate this software appropriately before making a purchase. Cintinel Corporation does not warrant any purchased software product as being suitable for the end-user's purpose; this is the responsibility of the end-user to determine before purchase. No Refund will be paid based on the purchased product not being suitable for the end-user's purpose
REFUNDS
Cintinel Corporation will refund the total amount of funds paid only after all of the following conditions have been met.
- The software provided is faulty or the software is incompatible with the customer’s computer system and only after all efforts by the Cintinel support team fail to remedy the problem.
- The customer must provide proof of purchase.
- The customer must delete the software from their computer and refrain from using the refunded software.
- The customer must delete any license keys issued.
- The customer agrees that Cintinel Corporation is not liable to provide any level of support once the refund has been completed.
- The customer agrees that Cintinel Corporation is not liable for any damage the customer claims the software has caused.
- If the software was supplied in a packaged form and the seal has been opened and you have a receipt (proof of purchase), you will be offered an exchange coupon only, unless the product is defective or damaged.
NO REFUND..
Cintinel Corporation will NOT refund any monies received for product..
- If the customer finds the software available for a cheaper price from another retailer.
- After 90 days of the software purchase.
- If the software was supplied in a packaged form and has not been opened, but you do not have a receipt or proof of purchase.
- If the software was supplied in a packaged form and has been opened, unless the product is defective or damaged .
