Important Information - Conditions of purchase.

1. Rental Only:
   You are purchasing the rights to use CaptureCAM-RELAY publishing software and CaptureCAM-PRO recording software on a 3 monthly cycle only. You will not own this software or have a right to use the software for any purpose if you have not paid the 3 monthly fee in advance. Cintinel may revoke or cancel your account including deleting all data from the web server, if you fail to have enough funds available on the nominated Credit Card at the time of billing. or if you fail to comply with our Usage policy.
   
   
2. Automatic Billing:
   You will be automatically charged every 3 months (90days) for use of your chosen product. The 3 monthly (90day) billing cycle will continue until you notify us that you wish to cancel or change your account.
   
   
3. Cancellation and Refunds:
   Your account is managed by an automated billing system. To cancel your account and all future charges to your Credit Card, you must contact us prior to the due date of your next 90 day cycle. Funds will not be refunded for cancellations. See more detailed refund policy
   
   
4. Excess data transfer:
   The rental option you have chosen has a maximum allowed data transfer per month, (1Gb), (2Gb) or (5Gb). If your account exceeds this amount, you will be charged an excess fee on the last day of the month, or within 5 days from the end of the month on your nominated Credit card.
   
   The excess fee will be 1 cent for every 1 (Mb)Megabyte over your limit. [1c Per Megabyte =  $10  per Gigabyte]
