Yo Dudes!
I've recently implemented a forum on my local cricket club web site, of which I am webmaster. Some of our older members in particular are relatively new to the internet, so I'll be posting "How to ..." lessons using CCP and Relay. I've started off with a "How to send private messages" lesson, and offered to post lessons on any topic members need to know about. The last thing I want is loads of 'phone calls or emails asking the same questions, when all I need to do is record a lesson once and make it available. I suppose this is similar to the Help Desk scenario, but it just serves to remind me that there must be lots of applications for CCP, many of which I haven't even recognised yet. Why not post your ideas on the Cintinel forum? Some of us may be able to make use of your ideas! Regards, Phil |

We are about to do a similar thing with CorelDRAW. Provide a venue where poeple can search for answers and see video solutions to thier questions Hope it works well for you.. |
